The CSDA also provides support for the secondary analysis of data and for special research projects. The CSDA is a member of the Council of European Social Science Data Archives (CESSDA) and the East European Data Archive Network (EDAN). The department members also take part in the work of a number of research studies, including the Czech surveys for the ISSP and the ESS.
