Sociální partnerství muže a ženy v dnešním manželství a rodině - realita nebo fikce?

This chapter deal with men's and women's roles in the contemporary Czech family, the shifts of these roles during times, inequalities of the division of labor and division of duties in a private sphere. Gender inequalities are discussed to the relation to the gender contract in the family.
