Metodologické aspekty zkoumání kvality pracovního života

The Chapter summarizes methodological aspects of the project of quality of working life research that was realized in cooperation of Institute of sociology and Occupational Safety Research Institute in 2006. It outlines a long-term conception of building the indicator of subjective quality of working-life and in this frame it also defines the topic of inquiry and shows the operationalization of the survey subject into the system of connected domains.
