"Je to taková moje libůstka..." aneb o prosazování proženských témat v médiích

The paper examines the role of female journalists in promoting women-oriented topics in the media. Based on interviews with female journalists from private and public media, the analysis strives to capture the relationships between the structures of media organisations and journalists as individual actors. It concentrates on how the personal attitudes of female journalists become reflected in the final shape of the media product and in promoting women-oriented topics, what impact media routines and organisational factors have on the shape of the product and how the penetration of women-oriented topics in the media is influenced by external actors.
