Chapter deals with the question of a combination of work and family on example ot the Scandinavian companies operating in the Czech Republic. The author explores the culture in the organisation, measures and benefits for parents, captures the various cases of parents working in the Czech branch of the company. At the end of chapters the author concludes that in the Czech company, there is little tolerance for other work organisation, which is conditional on the existence of the family, by co-workes rather than by managers.
