This international comparative research project involving researchers from two accession countries – the Czech Republic and Poland – and American researchers focuses on studying the process of European Union enlargement. The project puts emphasis on examining the ways in which women as political actors in the countries under study participate in the supranational political environment and how they contribute to its creation.
